SCRUB IT

A regular routine of giving your body a good scrub, will exfoliate the dead skin and give your skin a polished look. Use a loofah or even a coarse towel with some body wash and give your body a good scrub getting rid of all the dead cells. Scrubbing your body not only exfoliates the dead skin cells but also helps the skin to absorb moisturisers or body oils better. Making scrubbing a regular regime during a bath results in younger looking, softer skin. For more on beautiful skin and how to cure Acne in 3 Days……

One of the best things that can happen when you use bath scrubs is that blood circulation improves thereby leading to an accelerated formation of a new epidermal layer. Although bath scrubs are extremely beneficial to the skin surface, one must use scrubs gently and not break the skin. Too much of harsh scrubbing may leave the skin damaged. If this happens it is best to use some ice immediately and then apply calamine lotion to soothe the skin. No amount of makeup can give you that clear soft skin that glows from within. Its like covering that inner beauty with a layer of dead skin cells and dirt. Don't overlook the benefits of that regular routine of a body scrub. An ideal procedure would be a body scrub that removes all the deal cells, dry skin. This leaves the pores open for a good body massage with massage oil. Finish off with a body pack that helps in closing the pores. For More on how to cure Acne in 3 Days……

You could however, experience the same feeling by pampering yourself to some home-made scrubs. Use natural ingredients for a scrub as most of these have curative properties. For example olive oil, almond oil, honey, milk, lime, turmeric, aloevera etc. Mix a little oatmeal with milk or curds (dahi) and use a loofah to scrub or use a small muslin pouch sewed on all three sides and fill the pouch with oatmeal. Sew it closed and use this bag to scrb your body after running some water through the bag. Sugar and lime works really well too. For your face you could use baking soda mixed with a little honey. First wash your face with a mild soap or face wash and water. Make a paste with baking soda and water and use it as a scrub. Apply honey mixed with a little lime juice after this and leave for about 15 minutes and then wash off.
A word of caution, make sure you use circular and gentle movements while scrubbing. Always scrub towards the heart beginning at your feet, legs and then the torso. Don't overdo it. Once a week is just fine making sure not to scrub just after waxing or shaving.
Enjoy scrubbing and feel the difference in your skin texture. For those of you who suffer from acne learn on how to cure Acne in 3 Days……
